During the first week of school, two days will be set aside for parent training. Parent training is mandatory and required for all parents who plan to work in the classroom. Each parent who intends to work in the classroom must attend one of these sessions. The directors and teachers will lead workshops about teaching in the classroom and working with children, topics range from where the gas shut-off is to how to calm a heated argument about a coveted dinosaur.  These are designed for new AND returning parents.
